Southwest Airlines, during the thousands of flight cancellation saga, angered a number of customers. They are now offering 25,000 frequent flier points to all of the travelers who got affected by the epic meltdown.
What does Southwest Airlines CEO Write to Travellers?
During Epic Meltdown, thousands of travelers got impacted due to numerous flights cancellation, and this made all of them unhappy and upset. To Make these upset customers happy, Southwest CEO – Bob Jordan wrote a letter to all of the impacted travelers of their airlines. According to the news, He conveyed that all of them will get 25,000 request fliers points of worth more than $300, and they are set never to expire and carry no blackout days.

As per resources, Southwest stated in an email that they would offer these 25000 points to those fliers who got their flights delayed by more than that three hours during December 24 – January 2 or got canceled. They also said that they would give these 25K points each paid as well as tickets flier on their reservations.
CEO Jordon conveys that this offering of 25000 points is called a “Gesture of Goodwill” from Southwest Airlines.


He also stated that “I know no amount of apologies can undo your experience with this“. For those who are looking out for or have requested refunds or reimbursements and waiting for the baggage to be reunited, these processes are taken up on urgency, and for the same, we appreciate your patience.
